These terms apply to your use of the Sports Egg website and waitlist. By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
1. About this website
Sports Egg is an early-stage product website. The site provides information about a planned sports-coaching product and a way to receive launch updates. Joining the waitlist does not create an order, reservation, deposit, subscription, or other purchase commitment.
2. Waitlist emails
If you provide your email address and consent, we may send a confirmation message plus product progress, field-test, and launch updates. Updates are intended to be milestone-based, with no more than one email per month under the current plan. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, submit another person’s information without permission, or use automated activity to abuse the waitlist or its provider.
4. Intellectual property
The Sports Egg name, branding, text, images, software, and other site content belong to Sports Egg or its licensors. You may view the site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, modify, or redistribute its content without permission.
5. Product information and disclaimers
The site describes a product in development. Features, performance, availability, pricing, launch timing, and sports support may change. Website content is provided for general information and is not medical, safety, coaching, or other professional advice. We do not promise that the site will always be available, accurate, or error-free.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sports Egg is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or waitlist. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the website and product develop. The latest version will be posted here. The governing law and courts for these terms will be confirmed before production launch.
