This policy describes the current Sports Egg waitlist. It should be completed and reviewed for the jurisdictions in which Sports Egg operates before production launch.

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the consent choice submitted with the form, language or locale, and campaign or UTM information. The server validates your consent choice to process the signup; we do not intentionally collect payment information through this form.
2. How we use information
We use this information to manage the waitlist, send a confirmation or welcome message, understand campaign performance, and send product progress, field-test, and launch updates that you requested.
3. Service provider
We use Brevo to store waitlist contacts and deliver email. Brevo may process information on our behalf under its own terms and privacy documentation. The site sends the form submission to our server, which then sends the contact to Brevo.
4. Retention and deletion
We retain waitlist information only for as long as needed for the purposes described above or as required by law. The specific retention period and deletion request process will be published before production launch.
5. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information. The legal contact and request process will be published before production launch.
6. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. The applicable transfer safeguards and regions will be confirmed before production launch.
7. Children
The waitlist is not directed to children who are not legally able to provide consent. Do not submit another person’s information without permission.
